ADS4: The Lea Valley, London Get Real This year's project examines a society with an irrepressible thirst for authenticity and a growing sense of environmental guilt. We live in a society where it is important not simply to care, but to be seen to care. How do we cater for a society desperate to flaunt its virtuosity, compassion and morality? How do we cater for a society with a rigorous, verging on obsessive, desire for authenticity? Need desire and virtue be contradictory?
